How to Track Your Order
- Wait for your order dispatch confirmation. We will send you your tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
- Click the tracking link above.
- Enter your tracking number in the box.
- See the live status of your parcel.
Order Status Guide
- Order Confirmed: We have received your order and it is being prepared.
- Dispatched: Your parcel has been handed over to the courier.
- In Transit: Your parcel is on its way to your city.
- Out for Delivery: Our courier will deliver your parcel today.
- Delivered: Your parcel has reached you.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days across Pakistan. Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays and busy wedding seasons.
Good To Know
- Tracking details are usually shared within 1 to 2 working days after you place your order.
- Please keep your phone available so the courier can reach you.
- Please check your parcel at the time of delivery. If it is wrong or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
- Our exchange policy applies: 15-day exchange only, no returns or refunds.
