Placing an Order

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only after we accept it.

Payments

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and the online payment options shown at checkout.
  • Online payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, but may take longer during sales, holidays and busy wedding seasons.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Please provide a correct address and an active phone number so the courier can reach you.
  • Please check your parcel at the time of delivery.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only within 15 days of delivery.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds in any form.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and unworn, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Customized and made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged.
  • Wrong or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
