Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days across Pakistan. Delivery times may be longer during sales, holidays or busy wedding seasons.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to make the change.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options available at checkout.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. All online payments are processed through secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Exchange Policy
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. We do not offer returns or refunds. We only offer exchanges.
How many days do I have to request an exchange?
You can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
What condition should the item be in?
The item must be unused, unwashed and unworn, with all original tags and packaging.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement.
Who pays the shipping charges for an exchange?
For wrong or damaged items, we cover the shipping. For size or personal-choice exchanges, the customer pays the shipping.

How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size guide on the product page. If you are unsure, contact us and our team will help you pick the best size.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We try our best to show true colours. Slight differences may appear due to screen settings and lighting.
How should I care for my outfit?
We recommend dry cleaning for embroidered and luxury formals. Please check the care label on your outfit.
Do you offer stitched and unstitched options?
Yes, we offer both. Please check the product page for what is available.
